Creativity and tradition
For decades, the house’s cuisine has enjoyed a first-class reputation that extends far beyond the region’s borders. Already in the 1960s and 70s, internationally renowned artists enjoyed the lovingly and excellently prepared dishes here.
Today, the kitchen is the realm of Matthias Schnorbus. Sophisticated and creative dishes are created here from the best ingredients. The house classics are prepared with the same attention and love as the regularly changing, popular “Menu du Patron”.
Special attention is paid to game from local hunts. The other ingredients are also preferably procured from regional sources with a view to seasonal specialities. This is supported by a select wine list with around 80 positions.
